28. October launches YouTube a new subscription service called YouTube Red. Initially it is our burger brothers in the United States which shall try the service, and it is not known when it will be launched in other areas. Revenues from service should be split between YouTube creators based on a screening of videos.
Users then pay 9.99 US dollars – about 80 million – to drop ads on YouTube videos, to gain the ability to download and watch videos while connected by, and to access exclusive YouTube Red content from several of videoplattformens’s channels. Well established CollegeHumor and Rooster Teeth are among the largest, with PewDiePie.

The latter should actually lead a new reality show via subscription service called Scare PewDiePie. Here, the studio behind The Walking Dead series construct horror scenario that the star must get through, often based on the terrifying moments he has experienced in the many games he is known to play.
Another game related Red Concept 360 Project from MatPat of Game Theory. Alternative to ad blocking
The new service to YouTube comes at a time when the network industry generally are unsure how to deal with ad blocking. With a subscription service opens YouTube for those who are actually willing to pay for content throws in a buck in the box, without having to watch commercials.
