These Samsung phones can be updated to Android 6.0 – ITavisen.no

The preliminary list is announced.

Samsung has just confirmed what smartphones that officially gets updated to Android 6.0 when it is launched.

Increased fragmentation
The latest models Note 5 and S6 Edge + is obviously on the list but also Galaxy Tab A and Galaxy Alpha. Note that this is the provisional list and, although not your device is on the list, it can be added at a later date.

* Galaxy S6 Edge
* Galaxy S6
* Galaxy Duos S6
* Galaxy Note 4
* Galaxy Note 4 Duos
* Galaxy Tab A
* Galaxy Alpha

Also note that one year old Samsung Galaxy S5 is not on the list, it improves not just the problem of the growing Android fragmentation.
