Do you collaborate with others using OneDrive becomes everyday soon much easier.
How it works
This is because Microsoft has started rolling out synchronized shared folders. The new feature works as follows:
You will see “Add to my OneDrive” when you look at the content that others have shared with you, whether it is on-line or mobile app. Click this folder is added to your OneDrive account.
Remember that you must have the appropriate permissions
“With synchronization client can choose which folders to synchronize, and you will be able to see all the folders that you have added, “explains Microsoft’s Jason Moore.
One can only synchronize shared folders when you have edit privileges.
Not to Windows 8.1
Moore emphasizes that it will take some time before everyone gets function. Shared Folder Sync is supported by Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista and MacOS.
For some odd reason, Windows 8.1 users upgrade to Windows 10 to get the function.
