Does the phone ended up in a crack in the couch? Or is it in the refrigerator? Both Apple, Google and Microsoft have their own tool that lets you locate your phone using the built-in GPS functionality.
But these tools makes you dependent on a remote computer or phone to find out where your companion has made of himself.
Saving Time
Now, Google has tried to make the process easier, with an update to Android Device Manager.
The only thing you need now is an Android Wear device. Yep, you must therefore continue to use an external device to find the phone, but Android Wear is something that will be with you virtually everywhere, so more convenient is it jo.
“Okay, find my phone”
Wear and Google Now, you can easily say “Okay, Google. Start. Find my phone “and the phone will (hopefully) start calling at full volume.
You can also get up the location of the phone using the “Find my phone” option that also appears on Wear device.
