Microsoft retires Internet Explorer – Gamereactor Norway

After 20 years of service is part of Microsoft Internet Explorer ready for retirement. In with the release of Windows 10 comes to be replaced with the new Project Spartan. It is a work name to be changed, but for us it’s fun to watch Halo references flourish in Microsoft. Explorer will still exist, but then in the background. It has the right to life since developers must ensure that things are compatible with those still using the old browser.

Microsoft marketing manager Chris Capossela now say that they are looking for a good name:

“We’re now Researching what the new brand, or the new name for our browser should be in Windows 10.”

Do you have any good suggestions?
