Panel experts at DisplayMate measured panel on the new S6 models of Samsung.
S6 better than iPhone 6
Samsung Galaxy S6 its AMOLED panel is the best in the world. This concludes the company in its freshest report:
“We tested not long ago iPhone 6 and 6 Plus and judged that they had the best LCD panel on the market, while Galaxy S6 and Note 4 has the best OLED panels.
All have very good skjerrmer but OLED panels have been much better in a short time, while LCD panels have rested on its laurels.
So although OLED not lagged LCD in 2010, providing they are now better and innovate more based on our lab tests and measurements in this test “explains Display Mate.
They have the following advice to Apple and other companies who swear by LCD panels: You must integrate “Quantum Dot” (which is found in TVs now) and dynamic color-processing to improve the panels.

S6 has double the resolution in relation to the iPhone 6 (2560 x 1440 – 577 PPI. Note: the panel is also larger: 5.1 “vs iPhone 6 its 4.7″ with a PPI of 326), and is also considerably brighter. This combined with higher contrast.
There is no difference to mention between S6 and S6 Edge. Both have the same resolution, but the test has mainly himself S6.
