Microsoft has revealed the next Window Phone models should be allowed to test Windows 10 to mobiles. There are many.

Sensitivity

The worst is the result from HTC. The images of ISO 1600 is so muddy that they look almost blurry. The images from the iPhone on its side is far more grainy, but here Apple has wisely been far more careful with noise filters so that the result still looks sharp out.
The sharpness
It does not help high resolution if it does not lead to sharper images.

Video

– Dette prosjektet var mulig fordi «hushaiene» ikke var interessert i huset, sier Sivert Gammelsæther.
Der mange andre vakre villaer er ødelagt av jakt på kortsiktig profitt, har de nye eierne brukt masse tid og ressurser på å få fram husets egenart med mange detaljer.
– Det har også vært viktig for oss å gjøre jobben skikkelig der det ikke synes, sier Gammelsæther til avisen.

Grundig jobb
Sivert Gammelsæther har gjort stort sett alt selv. Han har åpenbart gjort en jobb som er så grundig at fagfolk har grunn til å være misunnelig.
Det stopper ikke der. Mye av den sentrale bæringen i huset måtte forsterkes med jernbjelker som måtte sveises, det endte med at elektroingeniøren fant ut at han måtte lære seg å sveise.
Styringssystemet til de tekniske installasjonene krevde spesialkompetanse, nå kan alt lys i huset programmeres fra PC-en, og styres fra ulike punkter rundt i huset.

Fra skall til superhus
– Utvendig var huset rimelig bra med nye støyisolerte vinduer, og heldigvis var stilen beholdt, sier samboer Tanja Maria Jenssen.
De flyttet raskt inn og bodde kummerlig en periode, og Tanja ble gravid.
– Vi begynte med taket, og begynte oppe med avretting av gulv. Som isolasjon brukte vi Icell ISO-fiber. Det er rett og slett avispapir som kvernes og blåses inn i veggene. Denne isolasjonen inneholder ikke salter eller farlige stoffer. Perfekt for gamle hus, sier Jenssen til tb.no.
Kjøkkenet er sentralt i annen etasje, og har fått høy prioritet. Her valgte eierne kjøkken fra den lokale leverandøren Italian Design med fronter i matt grått glass. To mann fra Italia kom for å montere kjøkkenet.
Her er det bare en berøring om å gjøre for å få skuffene til å gli pent ut, og overskapsdørene til å løfte seg elegant av seg selv. Med integrert ledbelysning er det lett å finne fram til innholdet.

Gammelsæther tok varebilen en tur til Tyskland for å kjøpe hvitevarer. Der fikk han alt han trengte. Parketten til hele huset importerte han også. Eikeparkett med spesielt brede bord. En rask tur til Polen skulle til for å hente hjem takvinduene.
I kjelleren er det barnerom og vaskerom med dusj og toalett. I første etasje er det en stor hall, soverom, garderoberom og bad.
Oppholdsdelen er i annen etasje, med kjøkken, spisestue og oppholdsrom. Kjøkken og spisestue er i ett, og går i hele husets lengderetning, mens oppholdsdelen er en åpen vinkel fra spisestuen. Spisebordet er kjøpt i Danmark og kan trekkes ut til å få plass til mange gjester.
Loftsetasjen er et eneste stort rom. I den ene enden er det kontor, og i den andre enden er det lekeområde.
– Vi har lagt vekt på å ha leker i alle rom, sier Jenssen. Da kan ungene leke der vi til enhver tid er, og de finner gjerne forskjellige leker, sier hun.

Sentral trapp
Trappen er et vesentlig designelement i huset. Opptrinn og inntrinn er i massiv eik, og harmonerer med eikegulvet. Rekkverket er i glass med eik i håndtaket. Trappen går fra kjeller til loft sentralt i huset, og er et blikkfang rett inn i hallen.
Også utvendig er jobben gjort grundig. Det er gravd opp rundt hele huset, ny drenering, vann og avløp er lagt. Under hele kjellergulvet er det lagt radonmembran. Grunnmuren er kledd og isolert både utvendig og innvendig. Gårdsplassen er opparbeidet med kantsteiner og asfalt.
En mur er støpt for å sette gjerde på. Midt i trafikken er det nødvendig å skjerme seg på den lille tomta. Hage ble det ikke plass til, men noen krukker og noen utemøbler håper de å få plass til. Hele sju parkeringsplasser har de fått plass til på den trange tomta.
Dette er huset til skomaker Andersen. Det var byens skomaker som bygde huset, og som drev skomakervirksomheten sin her, forteller Jenssen.
– Vi måtte lempe ut en av hans store maskiner da vi startet på prosjektet, sier hun til tb.no.
De har tatt vare på bilder av huset i ulike stadier. Til og med har de fått bilde av Andersen, selv. Meningen er at bildene skal få sin plass i huset.
Tremillioners-oppussing
Huset inneholdt flere leiligheter da det lå ute til salgs. Først for 3,9 millioner kroner. Så ble det satt ned til 3,5 millioner kroner uten at det ble solgt. Jenssen og Gammelsæther fikk det til slutt for 2,75 millioner kroner. Oppgraderingen alene endte på over tre millioner kroner.
Med betydelig egeninnsats mener de prosjektet er lønnsomt.
– Verdien på et slikt objekt midt i sentrum med disse kvalitetene er vanskelig å verdsette, da det ikke finnes noe å sammenligne med, sier Gammelsæther.
– Gjennomsnittlig kvadratmeterpris og et P-romareal på ca. 350 kvadratmeter tilsier en pris lang over en fornuftig salgspris. En konservativ markedspris vil sannsynligvis ligge i overkant av sju millioner kroner, sier han.
– Jeg føler meg privilegert som får bo i et slikt estetisk hus. Det er rett og slett deilig å bo her. Det blir vakrere og vakrere for hver dag, sier hun. Alt fungerer, og så er det godt å vite at alt er ordentlig gjort. Vi har dokumentasjon på alt. Selv har jeg blogget underveis, sier Jenssen.
