Nine apps we simply must have – Dagbladet.no

Dinside.no: There are apps for all sorts of things. New launches every day, yet we often end up using the same old apps we’ve always done. Partly because we are creatures of habit, but also a bit because they do what we need them to do.

Most of us have probably obligatory apps like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, snapchat, Google Maps, Netflix, Spotify, etc. installed on your mobile – and they are diligent in use.

But what good apps there except the most popular? Here are nine of our favorites!
(PS: You get pictures of all apps in bildespesialen right.)

Wunderlist (Android, iOS, Windows Phone)

Be sure to buy bread! Remember the milk! Remember the chocolate record … But it’s not always easy to remember everything you buy, or for that matter do . La list app do the work for you.

We prefer Wunderlist. Not only because it is simple to use and has a nice interface, but because the app is available across a variety of platforms. Making it possible to create shared shopping lists with others no matter which phone they have.

Deliveries (iOS)

Norwegians can not get enough of package tracking, and like us, well you also check the package you ordered from abroad are, of course, several times an hour.

There are several pakkesporingsapper out there, but we have held dear for many years Deliveries of June Cloud. When you open the app, it can automatically detect when you have copied a tracking number from such an email, so it’s no problem to add new packages. In addition to that you can get push notifications when there is an update on where your shipment, you can also turn on the calendar view so you can see your calendar when your package to arrive.

You can also set up sykronisering against either iCloud or June Clouds own service, so you can follow the packet trace from other devices, including Mac and web and Apple Watch.

Currency + (Android, iOS)

Why work out how much $ 149 is in Norwegian kroner when an app can do it for you?

Currency + has saved us a lot of headaches both on holiday and while we line jumps. There are actually several good currency converter apps, but we like Currency + because it is so simple. Simply enter the amount you want to switch from the right value entry, so you will get how much it corresponds to the other currencies you’ve picked from the list.

The only little annoying with Currency + is advertising banners bottom, and a pop in every now and then when to add more currencies. An in-app purchases on 9 million take it away, however.

Settle Up (Android, iOS, Windows Phone)

When traveling with several, it is wise to set up a travel account, so you can easily see who who pays what, and who owes any other money.

There are several apps for that purpose, and one of our favorites is Settle Up, which is both simple and straightforward. Create a new journey, enter expenses over who pays, and the app will calculate how much the other (s) is guilty. You can enter amounts in several currencies, so you do not make conversions yourself. We go at least not on holiday without it!
