Here’s everything you’ve searched for on Google – Dagbladet.no

Do you use their services, whether it is about search, email, maps, etc., use the information you provide from you to tailor their ads better, and to customize the search results.



Get data Google has long offered opportunities for users to download data they themselves have laid down, underneath they call Takeout.

You can download all emails from Gmail, photos from Google Photos, calls from Google Hangouts location history from Google Maps and more.

What is new is that now you can also download your search history, previously only available on the web.

How to do it

Go to Google Search History page. Top right is a button with a gear on, and from there select simple “download”.

When it pops up a window including reminds you that you should not download this archive on a public machine – you press “create archive ‘to start the process.

Google collects so all your search history in a file, and when it is ready for download, you get an email with a link to download.

Note also that you can delete parts of the search history and browsing activity. More information can be found at Google’s help pages.
