– Fiber wires will probably not be fixed before the clock 23, says head of information at Telenor. Over 20,000 affected.

Bergens Tidende have Saturday night received several complaints from disgruntled Canal Digital customers and online customers at Telenor.

– A total of 20,000 customers of Canal Digital cable missing TV and internet. In addition, in 1200 net customers at Telenor affected, says director Per Arild Meling, Telenor.

There are particular areas Kronstad Lægdene, Slettebakken, Solheimsviken and Sædalen who suffered a fracture of fiber wires earlier today.

The work to repair the damage was initiated 16.30, but people must still rely on an evening without television and the Internet.

– The work is sadly time, and the problem is probably not fixed before clock 23 at night, says the CIO.

All customers affected will be notified via text message.
