900 million for innovation in business – People magazine

Oslo (NTB): Industry and Fisheries Ministry will distribute 900 million, to the business community through the Research Council. The funds will go to innovation projects.

– Research and development could be a key to creating new growth. These funds are intended for businesses in all sectors and industries, and we hope to bring in many good applications, says Arvid Hallén, CEO of the Research Council.

It is NOK 900 million in the pot, as announced through eight innovation programs. The application deadline is October 12 this year.

– Norway is restructuring. Fortunately, companies adept at innovating. Now lights Research money for innovative projects. I would encourage all businesses with good ideas to apply, says economics minister Monica Mæland (H). (© NTB)
