According to Dan Taitz company Nicely Hera, which develops and provides solutions for video download, so jobs Netflix already with such offline function.

Dan Rayburn, an analyst at American konsultent- and research company Frost & amp; Sullivan, says it is an “open secret” in the streaming industry that Netflix is working on development of an offline function.
– It is a natural development for Netflix to want some of their content available for clients in offline mode, and we’ve been hearing for months that they will be launching something soon, said Rayburn.

No comment from Netflix
Netflix itself would not comment on rumors, but has previously said that they are open for the launch of an offline -function.
– Our focus is constantly on delivering a good streaming experience, but we are exploring at the same time the opportunity to develop the product for the better. We have nothing more to add right now, says Anne Marie Squeo in Netflix.
