Valve supports a Star Wars Battlefront 3 remastered version made by fans – Gamer.no

Although last year’s Star Wars: Battlefront game has no number in the title, the game is the third bearing the name. In the mid 2000s, it created two shooters, then with Pandemic Studios and LucasArts as sender. A third game – created by Free Radical – was planned and well on its way in 2008, but was canceled because of financial problems.

In retrospect, we have to see a good part of the Star Wars: Battlefront III leaked through videos of prototypes, and have a pretty good grasp on what the game would eventually become.
