This is HP’s new ultra-slim PC – ITavisen.no

Spectre 13.3 “will knock Apple.”

Yesterday stated PC giant that they worked with an ultrathin PC that would crush Apple MacBooks. Now HP Spectre 13.3 official, and it is thin.

World’s Thinnest
PC is inspired by jewelry and women’s purses, which will be the reason why HP chose to advertise the Versailles rather than during CES in January.

10.4 millimeters is Spectre 13.3 world’s slimmest PC and weighs a meager 1.11 kg. For comparison, the MacBook 13.2 millimeters at its thickest and weighs 0.92 kg.

Despite the modest design, Mike Nash, vice president of Customer Experience and Portfolio Strategy in HP, very clear that HP Spectre 13.3 can be used for more than e-mail.

Power unit
the screen is 13.3 inches and is of a Gorilla Glass. Some may be disappointed that the resolution is only 1920 x 1080 pixels and lack of touch support.

HP has chosen to go for Intel Core i5 and i7 processors with dual cores in Spectre, up to 8GB memory and SSD storage up to 512GB. The company is also generous with USB connectors. Spectre has all three USB C contacts of which two of them support Thunderbolt.

For comparison sake obtained MacBook only with Intel Core M processor and only one USB-C connector.

Pre-sales start on April 25 in the US and the price will remain at $ 1,170, around 9800 kroner. It is uncertain when HP Spectre 13.3 coming to Norway.
