many loaded enough down the new version to enjoy themselves with the far larger US Netflix offer – they will probably be disappointed. According to several ITavisen readers have namely Netflix already barred Opera’s built-in VPN server.

We have been in touch with Opera to confirm what is happening, and if so, what the company can do to ensure access .

A year ago, Netflix’s quick reaction has been far more surprising, however, since the company has long since warned that they going to get tougher on such services, it is not as surprising anymore.

the company uses quite sophisticated methods to stop VPN access, so we guess Opera must make major changes if they want to give users their access to American Netflix.
