This is Samsung’s new super chip that can end up in the iPhone 7 – ITavisen.no

Super Quick how 256GB memory chips.

Samsung has started mass production of the new 256GB chips for mobiles.

Quick how
chip makes use of V-NAND technology denser memory composition and increased reliability.

the memory stick also use Universal Flash Storage (UFS) 2.0 standard which is almost twice as fast as SATA SSD drives.

With this standard we are talking about 850 MB per second read speed, but far slower write speed: 260 MB per second.

Ready for iPhone 7
cool with the new memory chip is that it can handle a lot of stress. It will not have any problem watching 4K content and do other things while the phone is equipped with this, something perhaps iPhone 7 will be.

At the pieces now mass produced should mean that there is enough in the launch by sevens in September.

Whatever bragging Samsung of up to 45 to 40 000 input and output operations in seconds.

If you use the chip in a mobile with USB 3.0 support, it takes around 12 seconds to transfer 5GB.
