Former councilman in Stavanger, Inger Østensjø from Haugesund, the KS ‘new director of research, innovation and digitalization.
HAUGESUND: Inger Østensjø starting position already February 8, according to local government organization KS, in a press release.

KS reports that there were many well-qualified applicants and final stood only women left.
Inger Østensjø, birth in 1954, is from Haugeusnd. She has a degree in economics and management from the University of Stavanger, Norway local government and social college and the university, and she’s National Defence College main course.
