Google closed the account for the Pixel-sellers – ITavisen.en

Videresalgt Pixel led to a denial of service.

Pixel is a hot phone for the time, but resale is prohibited – as a large group of Google users was smertefult aware of in the last week.

re-sold Pixel
They were in on the plot to a telephone reseller in New Hampshire, USA on to buy the phones on Google’s Project Fi-page by setting hjemadressen to videreselgeren and to make a buck on it – but now Google have their account closed.

the Point of buying the phone and putting hjemadressen to videreselgeren in New Hampshire was to earn quick money, while videreselgeren sell your phone further with profit.

“a Few thousand phones”
together ended videreselgeren to buy “a few thousand phones,” according to Ars Technica.

the Plot was however discovered by Google, so our full and prompt attention closed over two hundred Google accounts permanently.

Shut out from everything
When Google closes your account to someone, it means often that the entire digital life of the person also being closed. Gmail will disappear, Google Photos disappear, documents on Google Drive will become inaccessible and all the other Google services will be blocked.

Therefore, it may seem something drakonisk of Google to block access to people who haven’t done anything other than to sell a phone to a reseller, but according to the Google Store its user agreement states that you can only buy a phone for personal use and that it is not allowed to commercially resell the phones.

Any account restored
After a part about the and but, Google has come up with the following statement:

Many of the accounts that were suspended were created only to participate in this conspiracy, but since some customers were not aware of the conditions and now are locked out from many of Google’s services that they depend on, gjeninsetter we access to these customers ‘ accounts.

If you should ever be shut out from Google account, is it not possible to take the backup of your information. Therefore, we recommend to take regular backup of your account – for example, through Google Takeout.
