What is the worse that dingse-nerd?
Gizmodos Alex Cranz has not been lucky with the purchase of the MacBook 13″ with the Touch Bar.
Had been up a few hours
even though the keyboard and byggkvaliteten is good, not to talk about how nice it is to have Touch ID to log in on the website, as he points out, crashed it almost all the time, and a dozen times just in the first hour.
Cranz tried to reset PRAM and install MacOS again – nothing helped.
The worst is the waiting
But then got a third servicer contact with the journalist, and found probably pretty fast out that this is a problem they have seen before, and that they can’t fix it. As Cranz get a new MacBook Pro.
It is undoubtedly kjipt that the machine was destroyed when he got it, it’s far from cheap.
Argh!
Even more annoying is that he will have to send the old machine to Apple and wait for that FedEx has told Apple that they have sent it. Then Apple will fix a new machine, but no date for when the new one comes vites.
“Maybe come in December, maybe earlier”, noting a bitter technology journalist. And who had not been there?
