After a longer break facing Microsoft Surface fold back. That is not the Pro model, if the third edition was the success Microsoft had hoped for – a powerful laptop in a thin, pearly shell.
We’re talking about the simpler variant, which originally ran Windows RT, which only had the opportunity to use the so-called Metro applications, and thus had very limited new one.

Now Windows RT out of the picture, and new Land 3 will run full Windows 8.1. The biggest objection against Land-levels are thus now gone and Land 3 will now simply be a less expensive and less powerful alternative to Surface Pro 3.
Unravel specifications
cradle is based on Intel Atom x7 processor, ie the board is fanless and the thinnest and lightest Land hitherto. It exists in two configurations, with 2 and 4 gigabytes of RAM. The screen is 10 inches high and has 1920×1280 resolution. That it is smaller and somewhat less sharp than Surface Pro 3. It is also space for a nice selection of ports (USB 3.0, SD card, DisplayPort and USB based charger).
It also comes a new, narrower keyboard which can be connected for full functionality.
As the specifications of the machine is not the most powerful, one can probably not expect to perform heavier tasks on Land 3, but still – it runs full Windows and should fit wonderfully simple tasks. It will naturally be upgraded to Windows 10 in the summer. Microsoft is positioning the machine as a perfect solution for students and families.

The Norwegian price will be 5500 million for 2 GB version with 64GB of storage, and 6500 dollars for 4 GB and 128 storage. For comparison starts Surface Pro 3 on 7695 dollars. The launch in Norway is the 7th.
