Thank you and goodbye, Java – ITavisen.no

2015 was the year Flash got deathblow, this year is the Java Plug-in’s turn.

Disappears
Oracle, the developer of Java , has announced that the tool soon will no longer be part of the Java Developer Kit (JDK).

Java Plug-in will be part of the developer kit in a small period of time, before it is completely removed in an upcoming update .

Java forced
It is perhaps not a surprising choice of Oracle. Gizmodo reviewing Java as “a tool that has made browsers unsafe since 1995″ and Chrome, Firefox and Edge has long since cut support for the amendments.

The Norwegians put Java platform choking for an extended period, then the was required to log in with BankID. Spring of 2013 announced BankID that Java should be replaced, and in autumn 2014 service Java-free.
