Fitness app, which has over 45 million users worldwide, has now stated that it is as if a system error. A new version was released Tuesday as a result of the Consumer Council’s complaint, said Runkeeper.
It is far from enough, according to the Consumer Council, which requires Runkeeper immediately ensures that the third party Kiip.me deletes information about users.
the Consumer Council also points out that RunKeeper terms and privacy statement does not set a time limit on how long information about users is stored, and that it is not clear whether information is deleted when the user requests it.
