Chinese source claims to have revealed important information.

Now we know that Apple has plans to launch two iPhone models this year, and where large batteries they get.

Now obviously GeekBar, a Chinese Service Center, obtained documents that reveal how much RAM new iPhone 6 will get.
What we do not know whether the document refers to 4.7 or 5.5 inch model.

Started with 128 MB RAM
Apple’s first mobile phone had only 128MB of RAM., this was increased to 256 MB in the iPhone 3GS in June 2009, while the iPhone 4s were equipped with 512 MB.
It was not until the iPhone 5, introduced on September 21, Apple’s mobile got 1 GB RAM – iPhone 5s and c have the rest as much.

Chances 5.5 “get 2 GB of RAM. It is not silly with a little extra force to push all the pixels around the screen, and not least to take advantage of 64-bit CPU.
We’ll see what Apple has in store 9 September.
