Forgot to log out of Spotify? – ABC News

Here’s the trick that logs you out of all devices.

Have you been to a party or visiting someone in the summer and signed in with Spotify account because playlists are so good that they must is shared with the rest of the world

As you may have forgotten to log out again, and that is boring, because Spotify does not allow multiple devices simultaneously streams music.

Thus, you may find that your music suddenly pauses because someone starts playing somewhere else.

Easy recipe

Fortunately there is a solution. All you need to do is log on spotify.com, pressing your username and “account” link.

There you will find the button “sign out everywhere” which immediately logs you out from all the units in which you are logged on. This means in other words that you need to sign in again on the devices you want to use.

PS! When we tested were signed by both the PC and Android phone. iPhone, however, did not obey the command.

Perhaps there is no crisis with Spotify, but it can be far more acidic having borrowed a computer and forgot to log out of Facebook . Fortunately, there is also a trick here, which in our experience works 100 percent:

Also, Google allows you to log off other computers from your account. You will find the selection under “details” at the bottom right.

When it pops up a window that shows all the devices you are logged in from, where you will also find a button you can press to log out from any device.
