soon two weeks ago we could report about the first images of what supposedly was to be Google’s upcoming brettmobil, called “Pixel XL”. In august, we were also served a small number of not too good pictures of it that would be the ordinary Pixel-model.
Now reports, however, both GSMArena and PhoneArena that it’s come to a number of new images, and this at a time of significantly better art. The photos were originally leaked through the Twitter account Haniff:
This reminds simply suspicious about a set of scenes straight from the manufacturer itself, and unlike last time, there is not any cover on.
Thus, we can better consider the entire design, which in several ways differs a good deal from your existing Google phones Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P.
a Little iPhone-vibes?
The first thing that is evident by the new design is antennebåndene, which is in the same style as say, the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. This will be mentioned first and foremost because it is there it will create the associations, even though HTC, strictly speaking, was first out with this in his HTC One M7.
When we first time on the HTC, then there are the ones that rumored to be this year’s featured manufacturer of Google phones. Thus giving the bands a little extra meaning, especially considering that the is very similar to what we find in the HTC One A9.
Designed otherwise, the memories are also very if the said HTC-model, with a unibody construction in matt aluminium and the rounded corners. At the top of the back, however, is there a big, blank surface of the glass or plastic, which houses the main camera and a large, round fingerprint reader.
On aluminiumen under the shiny surface, it is a well known G logo, instead of the usual Nexus logo.
Otherwise, are also both volume – and power button placed on the right side, but the other sides of the phone we can’t see. If this is the Pixel or Pixel XL is also unknown, but it is in any case the same phone only in two different colors.
A picture of the interface also
In addition to the pictures of the phone itself, we have also gotten hold of a picture of the front with the new Google interface in place.
This picture was leaked via the fairly well-known Twitter-account @evleaks, and then it is as always the most often very accurate ryktemakeren Evan Blass who is behind the information:
According to Blass this is the small Pixel model, and we’ll see a very neat front without much dilldall. What is interesting is, however, the interface on the screen that has changed a lot from what we are accustomed with from Android.
first Of all the icons round. Secondly, there’s been a kind of separate, clearly marked section at the bottom of the home screen, which looks to be pulled upwards to retrieve more information. Otherwise, it is also a somewhat indefinable Google slide switch at the top left, as well as the date and time in the thinner fonts than we are used to on the right side.
But perhaps most interesting of all: the three bunnknappene has been redesigned. Now is all filled in with white, and the middle home button has got an outer semi-transparent layers.
Besides this, there is little new to see, but a closer look would probably quickly revealed larger differences.
Both Pixel-phones is expected also to be launched 4. October, when Google has hinted heavily that they will keep a mobillansering. The specifications are expected to be fierce, with among other things, Snapdragon 820 or 821 chip and 4 GB of memory (RAM) on the inside. And the software? Android 7.1 Nougat, of course!
It is not bliss at Google:
