the shipping Company Ocean Yield has entered into an agreement for the purchase of two kjemikalietankskip to a price tag of 35 million dollars per vessel.
It amounted to a total of 566 million with the current exchange rate.
the Ships are leased on 12-year contracts to the Navig8 group, a provider of maritime services.
Ocean Yield, which are included in the Kjell Inge Røkke Aker group, will take delivery of the 2013-built vessels at the end of, respectively, september and november of this year.
Navig8 has an option to acquire the vessels during the term of the lease.
