Microsoft has finally put in place what is probably the most talked about and exciting news in the coming Windows 10, namely browser Spartan.
Spartan shall notoriously replace Internally Explorer and the latest preview version of the OS, barley version 10049, this replacement completed.
Now Spartan main browser
If you install this test release of Windows 10, you will discover that Spartan is selected as the main browser.

Internet Explorer is still included in this test version, but is far from marketed much. Not so surprising, we know from before that Microsoft is embracing all the cards on Spartan forward.
Spartan consists of an engine which is a heavily modified version of IE engine Trident, and among other things a whole new interface.
Update Now
To obtain Spartan must obtain latest test version, it makes you either update your existing version, or register as a Windows Insider.
Most should work in this version, but it also has some preliminary missing. Download handling is still lacking, and expansion feature is still under development. Apart from it to mostly working.
