Blocks upgrade, but does not prevent OS updates.

In his quest to reach one billion Windows 10 installations on two or three years, Microsoft has made use of unconventional methods to get users to upgrade from Windows 7 and 8.

Blocks upgrade
Although there are several advantages to update to Windows 10, there are still many who are reluctant to upgrade to Microsoft’s latest operating system. Several have also experienced that their PC has updated automatically without their knowledge and will.

And it’s here tool “Never10″ (see source link) comes into play. It is a simple little utility that prevents your PC automatically upgraded to Windows 10. “Never10″ does not prevent OS patches installed and the user can choose to install Windows 10 on it any time.

The American Teri Goldstein sued Microsoft for automatic Windows 10 update – and won her case. Not forgetting meteorologist who received an update “scene come together” on live TV.

Microsoft announced last week that they have now reached 350 million Windows 10 installs and wants you to receive the operating system for free, make sure you for this date.
