Now they have updated Pokémon Go – ITavisen.no

Game: Fixes rights error and improves stability .

Last night there appeared reports that Pokémon Go requires unusually numerous permits to be a game.

Updated, July 12, 8:10 p.m.

An update (1.0.1) that addresses access to your Google account is released in addition to stability fixes. The update is 153 MB and only iPhone

Google Permissions
The developer Niantic was quick with a statement in which they claimed that it was all a mistake and that they are working on an update.

If you have not yet downloaded the game – it is not launched in Norway just yet – and do not want the developer to get access to your entire account, there is obviously a solution.

Possible to prevent
You can prevent this by logging into the Google security page and revoke all of the Pokémon Gos permits. The tip comes from Redmond Pie who writes that this does not seem to affect the game in any way.

The update from the developer should be in place shortly and maybe rolled the ball out to multiple markets simultaneously.
