Warns of Mac attack – this happens if you are attacked – ITavisen.en

make Sure to update.

Malwarebytes warns of attacks against MacOS.

Aggressive
The attackers do is to take over Safari and Apple’s Mail program and then create as many e-mail messages (without the content, it keeps creating a bunch of e-mail windows) that the Mac finally is cleared for the RAM.

The dangerous link is sent from the [email protected] and [email protected].

Get the email from these accounts, delete immediately. The email has the subject line in the good old Windows-scam-tradition of the type of “fix your computer”.

Comes from
Skadevaren operated on a number of pages, including safari-get[.]com, safari-get[.]net, safari-serverhost[.]com and safari-serverhost[.]net.

Users that are running MacOS 10.12.2 or later beta versions are not affected.
