Bluetooth is becoming an equally widely used standard USB due smart watches and home remedies .

But protocol also offers their ailments: speed is bad, and mating between the devices can often be a knotete affair and which tends to be repeated totally random when something goes wrong.
Now we do not know about the latter problem is fixed in version 4.2 for devices that require mating, but it is much again.
Direct Connectors against online
Among other supports IP connections so that bulbs, sensors and other automated solutions in the thousands of homes can connect directly to the network without the troublesome mating which must be approved by both devices simultaneously.
In addition, the speed upgrade (two and a half times faster), and security improved – including by disabling automatic tracking of Bluetooth devices, eg. when purchasing and getting up an app deals – it is now up to the user to say yes please.
BT 4.2 also uses less power.
Have big plans
Bluetooth 4.2 will be nothing less than that connects IoT “The Internet of Things” together. It claims at least the Bluetooth Special Interest Group responsible for the standard. They have just approved 4.2.
Some, but not all functions (faster is not devices without proper 4.2 support) in 4.2, will work on older devices without real 4.2 support.
