Want to make the phone thinner.
is everywhere, the small, round hole used to connect earphones to smartphones, tablet computers and the like. It has been there for many years.
Soon it may be gone, at least from Apple phones when iPhone 7 comes on the market about a year’s time.
It is the Japanese blog Macotakara as reported this, referring to reliable sources. This move will make iPhone 7 more than one millimeter thinner than the iPhone 6.
Users will then be referred to using the ac input instead.
The earbuds that come with Apple phones will be adapted to this, but it is also produced transitions that allow you to connect your own earphones or headphones for iPhone 7.
It is also speculated that Apple will reject the fairly new power input that came with the iPhone 5, nor pursue a USB-C input.
Another question many are asking is whether Apple will remove the home button. This would then mean that the iPhone 7 probably comes with fingerprint recognition in the show.
So far this is the rumor stage. Apple did not confirm the new technology before the company is ready to release their new products on the market.
