The rapid charging technology to Qualcomm has got a version jump and here’s Quick Charge 3.0.

While Quick Charge 2.0, contained in several of the market’s top models, can charge from 0 to 60 percent in 30 minutes, the 3.0 standard charge from 0 to 80 percent in 35 minutes.

The technology makes it possible for mobile devices to communicate with a charger so it can be increased charge rate on a safe and efficient manner.

2016
From initially being available only in wall chargers, are now Quick Charge technology also in car chargers and battery banks.

Quick Charge 3.0 launched in 2016 and coming first Snapdragon 820. The technology also works with Snapdragon 430 617, 618 and 620.
