Monday was old phantom drawings of one or two possible perpetrators published and sheriff His Roar Rasmussen says to that they have received eight tips after that.
– Right now I examine one of the tips we have received, says Rasmussen who still want several pointers.
Marie-Louise Bendiksen (59) was found dead on July 15 1998 in his burned home on Sjøvegan in Salangen.
The case was dismissed in 2003, resumed in 2008 and dropped again without the perpetrator was apprehended. In 2013 the case was resumed again.
The recently published phantom drawings show a man who is 25-35 years old, tall, thin, pale, with shoulder-length hair and parted in the middle.
Police freed simultaneously also a picture of a button that was found at the scene.
At the most fifty people working to solve it soon 17 year old murder mystery.
