Fredag skrudde konflikten seg til ytterligere et nytt hakk idet Ericsson varslet syv søksmål for amerikanske domstoler, samtidig som selskapet forsøker å stoppe Apple-produkter i å komme inn i det amerikanske markedet etter å ha blitt produsert i Asia.
41 patenter krenket
Ericsson mener Apple krenker ikke mindre enn 41 patenter for løsninger som brukes i Iphone-telefonene og Ipad-nettbrettene, ifølge en pressemelding. Alle Apples smarttelefoner og nettbrett bruker tekninkk fra Ericsson.
