(Dagbladet): In July 2010, the waitress Sondra Arquiett arrested and accused of being involved in drug trafficking. Arquiett confessed to have contributed to the distribution of cocaine and was also convicted.
Now she ends up in court again, but this time of a very different reason.
Created Facebook page in her alias
When Arquiett was arrested, she said yes to the fact that the drug police could go through her phone to look for clues to related matters. Her boyfriend, Jermaine Branford, included one of those police investigated, which later also confessed to have contributed to the sale of drugs.
But even if Arquiett agreed that the police could access her phone, she said yes, however, not to use the contents for anything other than track.

Now Arquiett suing the American government and the drug agent Timothy Sinnagan for having created the profile and posted her private pictures public, without asking. She also demands 250,000 dollars, about 1.5 million Norwegian kroner in compensation.
