New York woman Sondra Arquiett was four years ago was arrested for being involved in the cocaine trade .
She pleaded guilty and was sentenced to six months’ home atonement weekends.

What she did not know, was that one of the investigators who had helped to make her (Timothy Mind Self) would use her unconventional ways of further investigation to make contact with others who may be involved in the case.
Sinn Own made a fake Facebook profile under the name “Sondra Prince” (her previous name) and equipped ago with pictures he had taken on her confiscated cell phone.
I just panty and bra
The pictures are obviously private, and shows including Arquiett wearing shorts and tank top lying on a bilpanser.
In another image splay her with his legs, and another appears she is only in panties and bra.

Now go Arquiett lawsuit against the American federal DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency).
She claims she was unaware that Sinn Self would create such a page, and said she certainly would not have approved such a thing.
She was also very surprised, since she had no Facebook profile before.
– Can be dangerous
In addition to the images themselves were never intended for public believes Arquitt that they give the impression that she cooperated with police during the investigation.
This could put her in danger, according to her lawyers.
Arquitt require 250,000 dollars (about 1.6 million Norwegian kroner) in damages.
Ministry defended it
When the Department of Justice was informed about the fake Facebook page, they reacted first to defend it.
They believed that Arquitt had given indirect consent in that phone hers was seized. It was not legally her property more.

Now, however, says the Justice Department that examines the creation of the fake website was to go a step too far .
Facebook page has now been taken down.
