This weekend we wrote about “Drone Defender” from the American company Battelle.
User eagle
“Drone Defender” is designed to cut communications between the drone and pilot. It does this by “firing” a radio pulse at the target. As long drone located in the sifted it will be without communication with its pilot.
Police in the Netherlands choose another solution to remove illegal drones, and in cooperation with the Danish company Guard From Above, trainer the up eagles to perform the work.

Recognizes drones
Guard From Above is a company that trains raptors, and together with the Dutch police have the trained up an eagle to recognize a DJI-drone.
As soon as the eagle sees drone flies at full speed towards it, take hold of it with their large claws and then fly the drone to a safe place.
It’s prevented for eagle is that it can be damaged by drone rotors, but the company says there is one thing they are aware of and that they are considering measures intended to protect the bird of prey.
