A narrow majority – 53 percent – think house prices will continue to increase over the next year. Optimism is however some weaker than six years ago.
The survey was conducted by TNS Gallup for Nordea. In August last year responded 58 percent of respondents said that they expected a housing price increase over the coming twelve months. The latest figures are taken into March.
