The security measures implemented on Apple iPod and iTunes to stop unauthorized music broke not American law. It has a jury concluded.

Apple won on litigating on two things: That whole music økosytemet was made up of components which were totally dependent of each other as a game console, and the company was forced to stop music from unapproved sources: Unless they had four major record labels Apple had signed an agreement with the right to withdraw all music from iTunes.
