This happens in the body when you drink a can of Coke – Avisa Nordland

Your body is going through an hour of “roller coaster”.

Have you ever wondered what really happens to your body while enjoying an ice-cold Coke in the sun?

A graphics presented by The Renegade Pharmacist, a blog operated by former pharmacist Miraj Naik, shows the seven steps the body goes through after you’ve been drinking the popular soda.

It writes Side2. no.

1. The first ten minutes

Ten teaspoons of sugar coming into the system, which essentially corresponds to the whole world your need. The reason that you do not automatically throw up because of the overwhelming sweetness is fosfotsyren, which helps to cut the taste.

2. After twenty minutes

Your blood sugar rises quickly, and also creates a sharp rise the level of insulin in the body. Your liver responds to this by transforming all the sugar it comes across to fat.

3. After forty minutes

Your body has absorbed all the caffeine. Your pupils dilate, and blood pressure rises as a response to all the sugar that is in your blood. Receive Rene for fatigue in your brain are now blocked.

4. After three quarters

dopamine production stimulating pleasure center in the brain. This is the same physical reaction that comes using drugged heroin.

5. After an hour

Phosphate acids bind calcium, magnesium and zinc in the lower parts of the intestine, and serves to increase your metabolism. This occurs as a reaction to the high doses of sugar and artificial sweeteners body has just received.

6. Over an hour later

Caffeine will get you to urinate. This means that all calcium, zinc and magnesium which was headed to your bones instead flushed out, along with electrolytes and water.

7. Over an hour later

You will go on a sugar bang. You can become irritated and lethargic, and has by now pissed out all the water that was in the Coke.

Helped overweight patients

When Naik worked as a pharmacist, he helped more patients quitting with long-term blood pressure and diabetes medications.

– Many of these told me that they drank sugary sodas on a daily basis. Some drank as much as three cans a day, so I tried out a method where I asked them to quit completely with soda intake, says Naik to the British newspaper Daily Mail.

Furthermore tell the pharmacist that a cut in soda intake generally had a positive effect on their health. This gave him an indication that the sugary drinks and lifestyle diseases hang together.

This led to Naik conducted several studies and discovered that several other researchers supported the hypothesis of his.

– I also made a presentation on Youtube which was well-received, where I argue that sugar is one of the main causes of obesity and heart disease, and no saturated fat that we all have been told, he said.

Supported by nutritionist

dietitian, Ella Allred, supports theses to Naik.

– These findings may shock you, but there is a good reason to give up soda, she says to the British daily.

NHS, the British health care system, has just regulated the upper sugar intake during one day from ten teaspoons to seven and a half.

In other words, that one coke exceeds the intake.
