the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has been has been assigned, and they shall determine, among other things, whether Apple has the right to a settlement based on the whole or only parts of the fortjenestenesten that Samsung has got from their phone.

“Shameless copying”

the Question before the supreme court was how you figured out what Samsung should pay for copying your information. Our case has been about Samsung’s blatant copying of our ideas, and it has not been doubts about. We will continue to protect the years of hard work that has made the iPhone one of the world’s most innovative and beloved products, and we remain optimisteske that the lower legal institutions enough enough a time will send a powerful signal that it is wrong to steal, said Apple in the previous month.
