Oracle’s lawyers came across several documents regarding Google finances, and there were, inter alia, how much Google pays Apple for being the default search engine on the iPhone.
According to the document, Google paid Apple in 2014 to one billion dollars, almost 8.8 billion at the current exchange rate. Google for its part has neither confirmed nor denied the information.
Litigation
For other information Oracle’s lawyers found, also reveals that Google has earned 22 billion dollars, 193 billion with the current rate, on Android. The turnover was 31 billion dollars, 272 billion at the current exchange rate.
Google and Oracle is currently busy with a trial that originates from 2010 when the latter sued the search engine king for infringement of copyright.
