If you have not got Windows 10 yet, try this command to force download:

wuauclt.exe / updatenow

The command must be run in a command prompt with administrator privileges.

Create a desktop shortcut to cmd.exe. Right-click cmd.exe and choose “Run as Administrator”.

When the command is run, you can check if Windows Update downloads Windows 10.

Note: Do not run setup.exe from the installation folder. The folder is deleted according Microsoft-news.com.
