Game: What makes the Sony next year?
the First was the Playstation the strongest of the two competitors, but it is no longer reality when Microsoft launches the Xbox Scorpio.
Drag from Sony
It is already known that the PS4 Pro is not powerful enough to play real 4K, it revealed the developers when Sony presented its most powerful console that launches in november (and are probably a good deal more expensive than the Pro). There is talk about upscaling.
Microsoft has a more powerful console in Scorpio (which does not come until late next year), PS4 Pro tackles to kværne away from the 4.2 teraflops, while Microsoft’s upcoming monster manages 6.
Speaks out about Sony
Now, Microsoft’s Albert Penello out and brag about the choice they have made. He points out that the insides of the Pro is not powerful enough for real 4K-experiences:
“I know that the 4.2 teraflops is not enough for true 4K. I feel that we’re aiming a little higher with our product”.

more Powerful, but we must wait
“I think there are many limitations, they provides your customers right now about 4K. They’re talking about the checkerboard rendering, upscaling and such things.
There is just a lot of subject in the marketing of 4K, which is interesting because when we thought about what specifications we wanted for the Scorpio, so we were very clear that we wished that the developers would use their Xbox One-grafikkmotorer and render them in real 4K.
It is the reason why we ended on the 6 teraflop, and the reason why we have the minnebåndbredden we have, that is why we have the teraflops that we have. This is because it is what we have heard from developers that are necessary to achieve true 4K.”
So is it the case that only the older Xbox One games will get 4K support, or also the fresh titles, which is being launched next year? We’ll see.
Updated 21:11:
Microsoft has previously promised that the Xbox Scorpio-games also run in real 4K.
